Dandelion is a common plant

lawn. The plant grows to a height of about 12 inches,
producing spatula-like leaves and yellow flowers that bloom
year-round. Dandelion is grown commercially in the United
States and Europe. The leaves and root are used in herbal
supplements.

it can decrease the amounts of serum cholesterol and uric
acid. Side Effects
Dandelion is generally
considered safe. Dandelion may increase the blood levels of
herbs processed by the liver. Dandelion may worsen the side
effects associated with lithium, a medication commonly used
to treat manic depression.
Dandelion should not be taken
